Bike & Grow – Refunds & Returns Policy

At Bike & Grow, we want your family to love the ride. This policy explains how refunds, returns, and cancellations work for accessories and leased bicycles.
Accessories (Purchased Items)

30-Day Return Window: Accessories may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds: Once your return is inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Products

If an accessory or leased bike arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

We’ll arrange a replacement or repair at no additional cost to you.

Normal wear and tear is not considered a defect.
Bike Leases
Bicycle leases are governed by the Bike Lease Agreement you sign when ordering. Please note:

No Traditional Returns: Lease payments already made are non-refundable.

Monthly Leases:

You may cancel your lease at any time.

To avoid being charged for another month, cancellation must be completed before your renewal date.

After cancellation, the bike must be returned within 7 days of the lease end.

Annual Leases:

Annual plans are a 12-month commitment.

No refunds are provided for early cancellations.

Once your lease term ends, the bike must be returned within 7 days.

Return Process: Bikes must be returned either in person at one of our locations or shipped back at the customer’s expense within the 7-day window. Additional fees may apply for late returns.

Condition of Returns: Bikes should be in good condition, with normal wear and tear accepted. Fees may apply for excessive damage or missing accessories.
Return Authorization (RMA) Requirement

All returns (whether for accessories or leased bikes) must first be requested via email at returns@bikeandgrow.com.

Once our team reviews the request and confirms eligibility, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

The RMA number must be clearly included with your returned item. Returns received without an RMA will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the item is packaged securely for transit. Bike & Grow is not liable for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Exchanges
If your child outgrows their bike, you may exchange it for a different size in accordance with your lease agreement. Accessories purchased outright cannot be exchanged; they must be returned and re-ordered.
